What can I do in the app?
Open a savings account
Making a payment
You can make a payment to your Named Bank Account, or transfer money to another account you hold with us using the app.
To make a payment to an account you hold elsewhere, an existing payee or add a new payee, please log in to your Online Services.
To check if your account allows you to make these types of payments, please refer to the Specific Terms of your account.
Viewing my accounts
You can view accounts held in your name. Additional Allowance ISA, and children’s accounts aren’t available to view in the app.
Log in to Online Services or call us on 0800 121 8899. For savings accounts, you'll need your Telephone Security Details to hand when you call us. Or you can visit your nearest branch.
If you’ve opened a new account online, it may not appear in the app for up to 15 minutes.
