Corporate governance
The Board places the highest priority on effective corporate governance of the Society as part of its commitment to putting members first. These arrangements support the Board in its role of directing and managing the affairs and business of the Society – in a way that best serves the interests of our members and considers the needs of the Society’s wider stakeholders.
More information on the Society's corporate governance arrangements and the way we manage risk is in the Annual Report & Accounts together with our Pillar 3 Disclosures.
