Most of our services are available online.  We’re trying to keep our branches and phone lines open for those who really need us. It’s essential that you don’t visit a branch unless it’s absolutely necessary , and please leave our phone lines free for those in greatest need of help.

If you have forgotten your password, don't worry a new one can be set up online or via post.

Please note, attempting to reset your password online will cancel any previous requests made for a postal reset letter. If you've already received a postal reset letter and wanted to set up your new password now, you'll need to use the temporary password included in your letter here.

What you'll need

To reset your password online you must have:

  • Logged in for the first time and have selected an image
  • Have a valid email address registered with us
  • Set up your security questions and provided answers
  • Have your Web ID to hand
  • Have your Grid Card available
