Closing your account
Closing your account online
Depending on the terms and conditions of your account, you may be able to close it online.
When logged into Online Services you’ll find the option to close your account under ‘Payments’ or ‘Account details’. If you aren’t able to close your account online, you’ll see a message telling you.
