Ewa Kerin
Ewa is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Certified Accountants and has held a number of senior positions during her executive career which started at JP Morgan where she was a Vice President in the Global Finance function. She then moved to Credit Suisse where, as a Managing Director, she led a number of functions across Global Finance, including EMEA Chief Operating Officer, Financial Controller, Head of Strategic Change Management and Head of Operational Risk. Following this she was the Chief Financial Officer of the International Business at Willis Towers Watson before moving to HSBC where she was the Global Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, responsible for the internal and external reporting of the Group Financial results and the Global HSBC budget process.

Experience

Ewa has almost 30 years' experience within the financial services sector and is currently the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at Daiwa Capital Markets Europe. She is also a Board Trustee and Honorary Treasurer of the Smart Works Charity which helps unemployed women back into the workplace.
