The difference between advised and non-advised
Sometimes it's great to have a helping hand, whether it's for advice on the right mortgage for you, or if you can't complete the journey online because we need to make a few more checks. In these cases - or if you're making changes to your mortgage - you'll need the 'advised' route. One of our advisors will recommend the mortgage most suited to you. You'll have the right to compensation if the product we recommend isn't suitable.
But maybe you don't want or need advice and the protection it offers. If that's you, and if you meet the requirements below, you can use the 'non-advised' route and complete your product transfer online.
Regardless of which route you pick, if you choose to switch with us we’ll only share Coventry Building Society mortgages. We’re unable to discuss other mortgage lenders products.
