Core Capital Deferred Shares

This information is required to be published pursuant to Rule 1(a) of the Society's Rules and Memorandum, relating to the Periodic Distributions Cap for Core Capital Deferred Shares. Members should note that the Society has no Core Capital Deferred Shares in issue.

The Periodic Distributions Cap relating to each Core Capital Deferred Share in respect of the financial year to 31 December 2023 is £19.92 per share. The adjustment for inflation to the Periodic Distributions Cap is 2.5% in line with the December 2024 Consumer Prices Index figure. Accordingly the adjusted Cap in respect of the financial year to 31 December 2024 is £20.42 per share. All numbers are rounded to two decimal places.
