Rachel Haworth has more than 20 years’ experience in financial services, latterly in executive marketing and customer experience roles. Rachel set up Coventry’s Customer Experience team, who are responsible for researching and improving our members’ experience with the Society, and also oversees the Society’s Conduct Risk function.
Rachel’s previous financial services experience includes leading First Direct’s brand and innovation initiatives and she regularly presents on Coventry’s Customer Experience strategy, sharing the benefits of our ‘members first’ approach.Close
Darin's leadership responsibilities incorporate the branch network, the Society’s intermediary and direct mortgage businesses, and corporate communications, including media relations and public affairs, internal communications, member engagement and community relations.
He has over 30 years' experience with Coventry Building Society and has been a member of the Executive Team for eight years. During his career he has held senior roles in customer service, sales and marketing, communications and operational management.Close
Kevin leads a team of over 70 people, field and telephone based. He is responsible for the intermediary distribution strategy and all key partner relationships.
With over 30 years' intermediary experience, Kevin has worked in life assurance and broking and more latterly has held senior sales roles with major financial organisations. Kevin is Chairman of the Intermediary Mortgage Lenders Association (IMLA) and a member of the UK Finance buy to let panel.Close
