1.      About us. Hi! We’re Coventry Building Society with offices at Coventry House, Harry Weston Road, Binley, Coventry, West Midlands CV3 2TQ. We are authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority, with reference number 150892. We are the promoter of the Promotion and will be referred to as we, us and our under these Terms.

2.      About these Terms. These terms and conditions (the Terms) govern our giveaway to win two tickets to the CCFC vs Leeds United match which will include the Platinum Dining Package (food and drinks) in the Premier Lounge, for participants such as yourself (the Promotion). By entering this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any applicable rules and guidelines. 

3.      Updates. We may update these Terms from time to time, however we’ll aim to make you aware of any significant changes in advance. If you continue with an entry under this Promotion, you agree to any updated Terms. 

1.      The Prize. You have the chance to win two tickets to the CCFC vs Leeds United match on 6 April 2024, which will include the Platinum Dining Package (food and drinks) in the Premier Lounge at Coventry Building Society Arena (the Prize). The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. There is no cash or product alternative for the Prize.

2.      Eligibility. This Promotion is open to UK residents who are 18 years old or over at the time of entry. You are not required to hold an account with us. This Promotion is not open to:

• our employees or their immediate families or agents,
• anyone directly connected with the Promotion or Prize Draw, or
• any third party Prize providers or their employees or immediate families.

3.      Promotion Period. We will post an announcement on our X and Facebook accounts (Prize Draw Post) to provide details about the Promotion and when it begins and ends (the Promotion Period), which is also set out in the table below:

4.      Prize Draws. When the Promotion Period begins, we will post a Prize Draw Post on our X and Facebook accounts. After the Promotion Period ends, there will be one prize draw (Prize Draw) and one participant will win the Prize (the Winner).

5.      How to enter. Only one entry per participant is allowed for the Prize Draw. To enter the Prize Draw you must click through the link (the “Entry Link”) from our social post and enter your details, (such as name, email address and telephone number) so we're able to contact you if you're the Winner. To submit your entry, you must complete the entire form and select all the relevant tick boxes. The data capture form is provided and managed by Amondo on behalf of Coventry Building Society.

Only entries made correctly and during the Promotion Period will be eligible to win the Prize. 

6.      Our rights. We have the right at any time and for any reason to:

• change the Prize or offer an alternative prize of equal or higher value,
• refuse or disqualify any entries, and
• cancel, suspend or change the Prize Draw.

7.      Selecting Winners. The Winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries within 5 working days (i.e. excluding bank holidays, Saturday and Sunday) from the Prize Draw. We will privately notify the Winner, via the email address provided within the Entry Link (“Notification Email”), that they are a Winner within 5 working days of being selected.

8.      Accepting the Prize. The Winner will have 24 hours from our Notification Email to accept the Prize; provide their address for us to send the Prize to; and to confirm their eligibility for the promotion.  If we don’t receive an acceptance from a Winner or a Winner rejects the Prize, the Prize may be redrawn from the remaining eligible entries for that Prize Draw. These same Terms will apply to an alternative Winner.

9.      Announcing Winners. After the Winner accepts the Prize, we will not publicly announce their acceptance, but we may share this information if we are legally obligated to do so. 1.      Decisions are final. Our decision on any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding.

2.      How we use personal data. We use personal data of participants and the Winner in order to provide this Promotion. Additionally, we may use personal data of Winners to feature them as a winner in our marketing activities. The data captured at entry will be provided to Coventry Building Society by Amondo.

3.      Disclaimer. We are not responsible for any network, computer or software failures of any kind, or any lost, delayed or misdirected participant entries. You must take your own precautions (such as guarding against software viruses) to protect against loss or damage. We will also not be responsible for any infringement of a third party’s intellectual property rights caused by your entry into this Promotion.
 

4.      Our liability. We will not be liable for any losses (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expenses or damage you or a third party suffers that are connected to this Promotion or by the acceptance or use of any Prize. This includes losses due to a delay or failure in performing an obligation to the Winner or other participants which is caused by:

• technical problems that may limit or prevent a person's participation in the Promotion,
• any act or omission of any third party (such as those involved in providing services that may be relevant to the Prize), or
• any event beyond our control.

However, we do not exclude our liability for death, personal injury or any other liability which can’t be excluded by law.
 

5.      Invalidity. If any of part of these Terms are held to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will continue to apply.
 

6.      Governing law and jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any disputes, contractual or non-contractual, relating to these Terms.
