Introduction

1. About us. Hi! We’re Coventry Building Society with offices at Coventry House, Harry Weston Road, Binley, Coventry, West Midlands CV3 2TQ. We are authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority, with reference number 150892. We are the promoter of the Promotion and will be referred to as we, us and our under these Terms.

2. About the Agent. The data captured at entry will be provided to us by our agent, Amondo Ltd., whose company number is 09043853 and with registered offices at 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE (Agent).

3. About these Terms. These terms and conditions (the Terms) govern our giveaway to win a Coventry City Football Club 2024/2025 season Sky Blues training top signed by multiple members of the current men’s first team playing squad, for participants such as yourself (the Promotion). By entering this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any applicable rules and guidelines.

4. Updates. We may update these Terms from time to time, however we’ll aim to make you aware of any significant changes in advance. If you continue with an entry under this Promotion, you agree to any updated Terms.

The Promotion

1. The Prize. You have the chance to win a Coventry City Football Club 2024/2025 season Sky Blues training top signed by multiple members of the current men’s first team playing squad (the Prize). The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. There is no cash or product alternative for the Prize.

2. Eligibility. This Promotion is open to UK residents who are 18 years old or over at the time of entry. You are not required to hold an account with us. This Promotion is not open to:

the employees or contractors, their immediate families or agents, of either us or the Agent,
anyone directly connected with the Promotion or Prize Draw, or
any third party Prize Providers or their employees or immediate families.

3. Promotion Period. The Promotion begins and ends (the Promotion Period), as set out in the table below:

4. Prize Draws. We will post an announcement on our Instagram and Facebook stories to provide details about the Promotion and link to the Agent’s data capture form (the Promotion Platform) at the start of the Promotion Period. After the Promotion Period ends, there will be one prize draw (Prize Draw) and one participant will win the Prize (the Winner).

5. How to enter. Only one entry per eligible participant is allowed for the Promotion. To enter the Promotion you must click through the link https://www.amo.mn/coventry-building-society-ccfc-first-team-signed-training-top-giveaway-social-media (the “Entry Link”) from our social media stories post and enter your details, (name, email address and telephone number) so we're able to contact you if you're the Winner. To submit your entry, you must complete the entire form and select all the relevant tick boxes (Entry or Entries).

Only one Entry per person is allowed for this Promotion. Multiple Entries will be removed so that only the first Entry is entered into the Promotion. Only an Entry made correctly and during the Promotion Period will be eligible to win the Prize.

6. Selecting Winners. The Winner will be randomly selected from all Entries within 5 working days (i.e. excluding bank holidays, Saturday and Sunday) from the end of the Promotion. We will privately notify the Winner, via the email address provided within the Entry Link (“Notification Email”), that they are a Winner within 5 working days of being selected.

7. Accepting the Prize. The Winner will have 24 hours from our Notification Email to reply to us to accept the Prize; provide a valid address for postage of the Prize and to confirm their eligibility for the Promotion. Once accepted, we will provide the Winner details on how they will claim their Prize (including arranging delivery). If we don’t receive an acceptance from a Winner or if the Prize is not delivered due to Winner failure within 14 working days or a Winner rejects the Prize, the Prize may be redrawn from the remaining Valid Entries. These same Terms will apply to an alternative Winner.

8. Our rights. We have the right at any time and for any reason to:

change the Prize or offer an alternative prize of equal or higher value,
refuse or disqualify any entries, and
cancel, suspend or change the Promotion.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion should viruses, bugs, tampering, fraud or other causes beyond our reasonable controls corrupt or hinder the administration, security or proper play of the Promotion.

9. What’s excluded from Prizes. Other expenses you may incur in accepting delivery of the Prize are not included as part of the Prize (such as cost for redelivery).

10. Announcing Winners. We will not publicly announce the Winner’s acceptance of the Prize, but we may share this information if we are legally obligated to do so. 11. Restrictions for Winners. Winners cannot sell, pass on or donate the Prize to anyone else under any circumstances.

Other important terms

1. Decisions are final. Our decision on any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding.

2. How we use personal data.

2.1. In order to collect all Entries, the Agent will hold your personal information in accordance with these Terms, and their privacy policy, and shall implement and maintain appropriate technical and organisational security measures in compliance with the UK GDPR and any other applicable law.

2.2. The Agent will share your personal information with us and we use the personal data of participants and Winners in order to provide this Promotion. Additionally, we may use personal data of the Winner to feature them as a winner in our marketing activities.

3. Disclaimer. We are not responsible for any network, computer or software failures of any kind, or any lost, delayed or misdirected participant entries. You must take your own precautions (such as guarding against software viruses) to protect against loss or damage. We will also not be responsible for any infringement of a third party’s intellectual property rights caused by your entry into this Promotion.

4. Our liability. We will not be liable for any losses (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expenses or damage you or a third party suffers that are connected to this Promotion or by the acceptance or use of any Prize. This includes losses due to a delay or failure in performing an obligation to the Winner or other participants which is caused by:

technical problems that may limit or prevent a person's participation in the Promotion, or acceptance of their Prize,
any inaccuracy or mistake in the personal data (including, but not limited to, email addresses) provided to us as part of the Entry process,
any problems experienced by the Winner in accepting their Prize at the provided email address (this includes, but is not limited to, problems in accessing their email address, their email address being no longer active/in use, emails going into the ‘Spam/Junk’ folder, or emails being blocked or restricted by any email provider),
any act or omission of any third party (such as those involved in providing services that may be relevant to the Prize), or
any event beyond our control.

However, we do not exclude our liability for death, personal injury or any other liability which can’t be excluded by law.

5. Invalidity. If any of part of these Terms are held to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will continue to apply.
