We’ve improved Online Services

Our redesigned Online Services now works better on mobiles and tablets.

Why not give it a try?

We work with local schools helping children develop skills and improve their confidence in numeracy and literacy.

Fun with numbers, fun with words

When children have fun, they learn more quickly.

Our Reading and Number partners hold one-to-ones and group sessions with primary school children.

Investing in the future

There's no better way to invest in the future than by supporting our schools.

Our volunteers help young people at local secondary schools develop their employability skills, making sure they're ready to enter the world of work.

Teaching valuable skills

We run money management, personal finance, and functional maths workshops at local sixth form colleges - and support career days, mock interviews and aspirational sessions for the students.

Volunteering

In 2019, our employees spent over 8,000 hours volunteering in schools and the wider community.

Giving back to local schools

We have relationships with over 115 schools and regularly recruit and train new Number Partners and Reading Partner volunteers.

Are you making the most of your savings?

We know it’s been a difficult year for savers. The Bank of England Base Rate is at an all-time low, and while many of our variable accounts don’t track base rate, it still has an effect on how much we can pay our members.

This means we’ve had to make some really tough decisions about reducing the interest rates we pay.
