Changes to your online security

We're making banking online even more secure

What's happening?


Later this year, a new regulation is being introduced. It's called Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) and it's designed to increase online security and reduce fraud. Other banks and building societies are also making changes to comply with the regulation.

Does this affect me?


If you use Online Services, then yes.

We'll be changing the way you log in and manage your accounts so you'll need new online security details. We'll let you know more nearer the time and guide you through the process step by step.
